Strict reprimand for making fun of the disabled

The case came to light during a hearing on the petition of Sma Cure Foundation, stating that some comedians are talking derogatory things about the disabled. The petition includes time Raina as well as Vipun Goyal, Balraj Paramjit Singh Ghai, Sonali Thakkar and Nishant Jagdish Tanwar.

Instructions given to central government

The court said that now the matter is of the disabled, but further women, children and elders can also be targeted. Therefore, the central government has been instructed to prepare a guideline on social media to curb any class insult or joke.
