Whatsapp Governance Delhi:The Delhi government has started a new and digital initiative towards making people’s lives easier. Now you will not have to visit government offices for documents like driving license, marriage certificate, berth or cast certificate. The Delhi government is going to start such a service, through which you will be able to do all these things sitting at home only through WhatsApp on your mobile.
What is ‘WhatsApp governance’ and how will it work?
Let us tell you that this service has been named ‘Whatsapp Governance’. Initially 25 to 30 services will be connected to this platform. For this an AI-powered chatbot has been created which will work in both Hindi and English languages. This chatbot will make the application process completely automatically and coordinate with all concerned departments by taking information through chat from the user. In the coming time, other government services will also be added to this platform.
For which services will you be able to apply?
People will be able to apply for many important documents through this platform, such as:
• Marriage Certificate
• Cast Certificate
• Birth Certificate
• Driving license
Apart from this, many other government services will also be gradually brought under this system. This will not only save the time of the people, but will also get relief from the long queues in government offices and the running of waste.
How will the process of application be?
Although this service has not been launched yet, as soon as it will be started, the users will be able to start the application process by sending the chatbot ‘Hi’ on WhatsApp. After this, the chatbot will send a form to the user in which they will have to fill their information and upload the necessary documents. The entire application will be completed from mobile itself, and after verification of documents, they can be downloaded only on WhatsApp.
Many benefits, corruption will also be controlled
With this new digital system, government services will come directly in the reach of the people, which is expected to stop corruption as well. Now there will be no need to seek the help of any middleman or agent. All work will be on WhatsApp in a straight and transparent manner. This will also strengthen public confidence in the government machinery.
Another step towards Digital India
This initiative of the Delhi government is going to give a new place to digital governance. When this service starts, it can also become an example for other states of the country. Getting government services through a common and popular app like Whatsapp will definitely prove to be a big relief for the common man.
