Bhubaneswar: On Saturday, authorities discovered a man's body in the restroom of the Bhubaneswar-Tirupati Superfast Express at the Bhubaneswar Railway Station, according to police reports.

The grim find occurred while the train was being cleaned prior to its scheduled departure. The deceased has been identified as Mohammed Nasim, approximately 41 years old, based on a PAN card found at the scene.

The train had arrived at Bhubaneswar from Tirupati late on Friday night, as stated by Ashok Kumar Gochhayat, the inspector in charge of the Government Railway Police (GRP).

Cleaning personnel found the body suspended from the train window using a belt inside the restroom.

Gochhayat mentioned that both the scientific team and GRP officials are currently investigating the incident.

Initial findings suggest that this may be a case of suicide.
