Inflation is increasing. People are earning and expenses are increasing. You must have heard such things and it is also very correct. But right now, the slip of school fees is going viral only on inflation and expenses on social media platforms, which states that the fees of the first class children in Bengaluru are Rs 7.35 lakh annually. Leave the middle class, even for the rich people, it is a lot of fees, which is going viral on X.

A user named D. Muthukrishnan has shared a post on his X, in which he has told the annual fee structure of a school. People are surprised to see the school's 2025-26 fee list. The annual fees from class 1 to 5 have been kept ₹ 7.35 lakh, class 6 to 8 ₹ 7.75 lakh, ₹ 8.5 lakh for class 9 and 10 and ₹ 11 lakh for class 11-12. Apart from this, there is also a one -time admission charge of ₹ 1 lakh.

While sharing the document on X (X), D. Muthukrishnan wrote that this fee is not even affordable for the IT couple, whose annual income is Rs 50 lakh and whose two children study in school.

People's reactions

At the same time, advocate Rajendra Kaushik says that people themselves are responsible for such expensive fees. He wrote that the people who demanded the demand, created this system. People used to think that if children study in private school, then there would be a package of crores. This greed is eliminating human beings.

Kaushik further said that if IT people can get a salary of millions, then why not the teachers and staff? But the reality is that most of the money goes to the management's pocket. I suggest that everyone should send children to government schools for 2 years. Private schools will automatically become empty.

One user wrote that the argument of the free market is correct on paper, but when the basic needs like education are also out of the reach of good earners, then the government should make balance. The policies should be such that good education is accessible to everyone, not just luxury for the rich.
