And they keep giving money again and again. Recently, many such cases have come to light. Where fraudsters took people to fake locations. Showed fake flats and even handed over fake keys. But later, when the truth came out, people realized that the person they trusted was a fraud, but by then many people had fallen into his trap.

If someone promises to get you a flat at a low price in the name of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, then immediately be alert. There is no condition of depositing 50 thousand rupees or any separate amount in the real scheme. Before trusting any call, message or person, check the information by visiting the official website pmaymis.gov.in. If someone asks you for money in exchange for showing you the flat or giving the keys.

Then understand that it is a fraud. Never share your bank details, OTP or documents with unknown people. If you have any doubt, immediately file a complaint with the cyber crime portal or the police. Being aware is the biggest protection. Remember that the benefits of the real scheme are available only through the government portal and no money is asked for in it.
