Method (Sabudana veg pulao recipe)
1. Wash the sago thoroughly and soak it for 4-5 hours or overnight. Add water so much that sago is immersed in it but does not float. After getting wet, check it by hand, if it is soft and the grains are different, then it is ready.
2. Heat ghee or oil in the pan. Add cumin and curry leaves to it. Then add green chili. Now add carrots, beans, capsicum, green peas and boiled potatoes and fry it on medium flame for 4-5 minutes, until the vegetables become a bit soft.
3. Add roasted peanuts and mix rock salt as per taste. Add soaked sago and mix lightly with hand so that the rash does not break. Cook for 3-4 minutes, until the sago becomes transparent and slightly soft.
4. Add lemon juice and serve hot by adding green coriander over it.
