Renowned Pakistani television and stage actor Ishrat Abbas has passed away after suffering a cardiac arrest. The veteran actor, who was a beloved figure in the entertainment industry, was laid to rest this morning at 11 AM in a funeral prayer held at Government College Faqirabad, Peshawar. Fellow artists, colleagues, and fans expressed deep sorrow over his demise and paid tribute to his invaluable contributions to Pakistan’s entertainment industry.

Ishrat Abbas was a familiar face on Pakistan Television (PTV) during its golden era, known for his versatile acting in popular drama serials and stage plays.
