While there were many moments of significance during President Donald Trump and Melania Trump's second state visit to the UK, there may be one blunt interaction you may have missed, between Queen Camilla and Princess Kate. Shortly after Donald Trump and Melania touched down on the Windsor Estate, they were escorted by the Prince and Princess of Wales to greet King Charles and Queen Camilla.
After exchanging pleasantries between the guests and the hosts, an interaction was captured between Queen Camilla and Princess Kate. After which, Camilla can be seen nudging Kate, who then takes her position at the end of the line to await the royal Carriages.
Before being "shooed" away, Kate had moved towards Melania for a brief interaction and to make conversation on her arrival at Windsor Castle.
Expert lipreader, Nicola Hickling, spoke exclusively to Express.co.uk about the interaction. Speaking on behalf of covers.com revealed the nine-word statement uttered by Camilla to Kate: "Go now, you need to go to your carriage."
In the video, Camilla also subtly waved her hand, indicating that she wanted Kate to move away from her and First Lady Melania Trump, and the Princess obliged.
Royal expert Valentine Low told GB News this year that "Kate is a completely different person to Camilla. She's very controlled and cautious, and careful. Camilla is much more outgoing.
"She says what she thinks, she's incredibly engaging, Camilla, and funny. That's not to say Kate can't be funny in private, but you know, it's much more obviously the case with Camilla."
Kate and Melania both looked stylish in their outfits as they exchanged pleasantries. Melania wore a dramatic hat, accessorising her slick grey Dior suit she wore to meet William and Kate.
Meanwhile, Kate, 43, was seen wearing a deep red coat dress by Emilia Wickstead. The structured number featured a double-breasted silhouette with buttons across the front and a tapered waistline.
Donald Trump was treated to a royal carriage ride through the Windsor Estate alongside King Chales, but with a twist because for security reasons the cast iron gates were kept firmly shut amid a major security operation.
The President is in the UK for 48 hours, and is currently with Sir Keir Starmer at Chequers as they conduct a joint news conference speaking about investment opportunities and growth between the two countries.
