Kartavya Path Live Painting: Today is going to be a historical view on the duty path of New Delhi. On the occasion of the ongoing service week on the birthday of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the New Delhi Municipal Council (NDMC) has organized the world's largest live painting. In this program, more than 35 thousand artists will jointly make paintings at 10 km long canvas. This will be a record when such a large number of artists will portray together in a single day.
According to NDMC Vice President Kuljeet Chahal, the largest mass painting record so far was made in Vadodara in 2014. At that time 5084 artists together made paintings on the 100th anniversary of the Panama Canal. But now this event in Delhi will break that record. This time the theme of this painting is "the color of the developed India, the arts of the art", which will also include thousands of students from the Padma Samman honored artists. Today, this 10 km long painting, which is on the path of duty, will not only show a glimpse of India's art and culture, but will also make a new record in front of the world.
The vice president of NDMC informed that in this live painting program, 22,750 college students have registered so far. Apart from this, 9,300 professional and young artists and 7,800 school students will also participate. Also, 1,469 other artists will also be held in this event. He informed that the program will start from 9 am in the lawn of Duty Path. It will include 60 percent women and 40 percent male artists. A total of 55 colleges and students of 45 schools of NDMC will also participate in this program.
