Ingredients

Low-fat milk – 250 ml
Chia seeds – 25 grams
Strawberries – 200 grams
Star anise – 1

Recipe

First, take the chia seeds and soak them in water for 2 hours. Take low-fat milk and heat it on the stove.
- Let the milk simmer over medium heat. When the milk begins to boil, add a star anise and bring it to a boil.
- Boil the milk until it reduces to half. When the milk is reduced to half, add the soaked chia seeds.
