Adani Total Gas Ltd said on Tuesday that its chief financial officer, Parag Parikh, has resigned. The company said the process to appoint his replacement is underway and an announcement will be made in the coming days.
"...we wish to inform you that Mr. Parag Parikh, Chief Financial Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) of the Company has resigned with effect from the closure of business hours on September 30, 2025," the company informed in its exchange filing.
Parikh was previously employed as a Chief Financial Officer & Executive Director by Gammon Infrastructure Projects Ltd. He also served on the board at Rajahmundry Godavari Bridge Ltd., Sikkim Hydro Power Ventures Ltd. and Vizag Seaport Pvt Ltd.
