Why are barley or tide sown?

According to religious belief, the initial crop of creation was barley, so it was considered revered. As soon as Navratri starts, it is considered mandatory to sow barley during the installation of the urn so that the god of the goddess is stable and worship is perfection. It is also prevalent to know the auspicious signs among the devotees with the growth, color and form of the sown barley sprouts.

Correct use of jawars

It is not considered auspicious to press or throw away the jawars that grow up after worship. Some of their uses are mentioned in this way:-

  • Keeping in the temple or place of worship:- Barley roots should be tied in yellow cloth and kept in the pavilion or place of worship. By doing this, negative energy is removed.

  • Keep in the vault:- Tie barley in red cloth and keeping it in the vault keeps the arrival of money inward and the financial situation improves.

  • Mixing in havan:- Putting a small amount of barley in Navami Havan is recognized to remove the negative power of the house.

  • Pressing under the tree:- In case of too much barley, choosing a subtle place should be pressed into the soil under a tree and there should be a place where people do not have an accidental foot.

  • Flowing into holy water:- If it is not used, barley should be flowed in a holy river or water source.

Simple method of growing barley

  • Fill the soil on the first day and add barley grains equally, sprinkle light water.

  • Keep the soil moist but do not wet too much so that the barley does not rot.

  • If two seedlings come out, it is considered a special sign that two important changes can occur in life.

  • Proper care is important for barley to germinate rapidly, such as regular water, good soil and adequate light.
