Pakistan has announced its team for the series against South Africa. Pakistan will host South Africa in this series starting from October 12. The most important announcement for this series is that Babar Azam and Mohammad Rizwan have returned to the team. Pakistan has selected an 18 -member team led by Shaan Masood for a two -Test series against South Africa. Naseem Shah was not one of these 18 players. Pakistani selectors have also dropped him out of the Test series against South Africa.

Pakistan’s Test team against South Africa will include three new players, including Asif Afridi, Faisal Akram and Rohil Nazir. These three players are expected to make their debut in this series.

There will be a one -day series after the Test series.

After the Test series, Pakistan will also play limited overs series against South Africa, for which the team will be announced soon.
