According to a recent report by IMDb, Deepika Padukone has emerged as the most searched Bollywood personality of the last decade, surpassing iconic superstars like Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, Prabhas, and Rajinikanth. The analysis covers weekly rankings from January 2014 to April 2024, based on actual page views from IMDb’s 25 million monthly visitors worldwide.

Deepika secured the number one spot in this prestigious list, with Shah Rukh Khan following closely at number two. The top five also include celebrated actresses Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Alia Bhatt, while the late Irrfan Khan holds the fifth position. Other notable names in the top ten are Aamir Khan at sixth, Salman Khan at eighth, Hrithik Roshan at ninth, and Akshay Kumar at tenth. From regional cinema, only Prabhas and Dhanush made the list, ranking 29th and 30th respectively.

Reacting to this achievement, Deepika said, “When I started my journey, I was often told how a woman should navigate her career to succeed. In addition to her ranking as the most searched star, Deepika also leads among actresses with the highest number of popular films on IMDb, featuring in ten top films. However, in terms of total films, Shah Rukh Khan remains at the top with twenty titles listed.
