In an excellent upgrade that enhances productivity, Google has included its Gemini AI in the Drive app for Android and iOS, making users pdf, documents, whole folders or batch of files faster – without fatigue of manual scan. Launched at the end of September, this Workspace targets the students rolling magical techniques, investigating reports, professionals and any person immersed in digital disorder, promising “interactive” file chat for quick facts and observations.

The days of endless scrolling are now gone; Gemini now “sees” and distils the material in various formats, even draws theme from several uploads. Business Standard/Plus (₹ 1,250/month/month), Enterprise Standard/Plus, or AI Pro Tier of Education depends on Gemini add-on-which will be serially available for the paid workspace users.

1. Open the drive, click on a folder – the gemini icon glows on the top right for the batch queries.
2. Open a file; Gemini immediately gets pop up in viewer for analysis.
3. See the three-point menu on any file/folder? For the magic of “Summary Create”, “Explain” or “Remove”, dive into it.
4. While reading? The “Create Summary of this file” button on the screen below provides cliffsnotes in a few seconds.
5. A mixture of more than one files? Choose the document, tap on the gemini on the top right for integrated summary.

In addition to the drive, Gemini is also pursuing the Google form faster: from June, this form automatically creates summary of small/paragraph answers (3-200 reactions) through reference, throw light on emotions and patterns-ideal for surveys or feedback loops. The changes made in September provide active information, although it is only available in desktop/English.

Slides and videos have also been creatively encouraged: Nano, Gemini’s magnificent image editor (launched in August), allows you to immediately change clothes, blend photos or make backdrops in the wiring night – which makes the pictures professionals in the same way.
