Drinking a pinch of turmeric in a glass of warm milk before going to bed at night makes it better to sleep and keeps away from diseases.

Relief from steam

Nose closure, sore throat and headache are common problems in winter. To get relief from them, taking steam is very beneficial. Take hot water in a vessel, add a few drops of celery or mint in it and cover the head with towels and steam for 5-10 minutes. This will open the tightness of the nose and throat.


Herbal tea intake

Drinking warm herbal tea in winter not only gives relief, but also prevents viral fever and coughs and colds. Herbal tea made of basil, ginger and cinnamon strengthens immunity. Eat this tea twice a day.

Hot water and soup

Cold water in winter can damage the throat, so always drink lukewarm water. In addition, hot soup made of tomatoes, carrots and garlic keeps the body warm and provides nutrition.

To strengthen immunity in winter, consume vitamin-C rich things like orange, amla and lemon. They protect the body from infection. Adequate sleep and cold prevention is also necessary.
