New Delhi. The loan growth of three big private banks of the country has come in loan growth. It has HDFC, Kotak Mahindra and IDBI Bank of private sector. HDFC Bank said on Saturday that its loan increased nine percent to Rs 27.9 lakh crore in the second quarter ended September 30. The loan book of the country’s largest private bank was Rs 25.6 lakh crore at the end of the second quarter of the previous financial year.

HDFC Bank told the stock market that till September 30 this year, the bank under managing advance was around Rs 28.6 lakh crore, which is about 8.9 percent more than Rs 26.3 lakh crore till September 30, 2024. The bank said that by September 30, 2025, its total deposit increased to around Rs 27.1 lakh crore, which is 15.1 percent more than Rs 23.5 lakh crore recorded in September last year.

Kotak Bank’s condition
The loan given by another private sector lender Kotak Mahindra Bank increased by 15.8 percent to Rs 4.62 lakh crore in the second quarter of the financial year 2025-26. This figure was Rs 3.99 lakh crore at the end of the second quarter of the previous financial year. Kotak Mahindra Bank told the stock market that it recorded an increase of 14.6 percent in the total deposit.

IDBI Bank’s condition
IDBI Bank said that it has given a loan of Rs 2.3 lakh crore with an increase of 15 percent in the second quarter of FY 2025-26. IDBI Bank said that by the end of September 30, 2024, Net Advance was Rs 2 lakh crore. The bank said that the total deposit amount increased by nine percent to Rs 3.03 lakh crore at the end of the second quarter of the last financial year.

Stock conditions
Talking about the share of Kotak Mahindra Bank, it is at Rs 2100. Talking about HDFC Bank, the stock is at Rs 964.75. IDBI Bank’s stock is priced at Rs 92.58 on BSE.
