Camp organized in memory of late brother

  • MP Munish Tiwari honored blood donors after inaugurating the camp

Chandigarh Hardeep Singh Buterla, councilor of Ward 30 of Chandigarh Municipal Corporation, organized 30th blood donation and free medical examination camp in memory of his late brother Malkiyat Singh Buterla at the community center of Sector 41. On this occasion, a large number of youths showed enthusiasm for blood donation. The camp was inaugurated by Chandigarh MP Munish Tiwari, with whom State Congress President H.S. Lucky and former Mayor Chandramukhi Sharma were also present. Shri Tiwari appreciated the team of Councilor Buterla for providing relief material to the recently affected families in Punjab.

Importance of health checkup and blood donation

Shri Tiwari appreciated organizing such camps for the health care of the people of the area. In the camp, doctors also examined health and fitness along with dental, blood and eye examination. Counselor Munnavar also donated blood. The team of doctors at the general hospital of Sector 16 collected 110 units of blood.

On this occasion, Aam Aadmi Party state president Vijaypal, Sunny Aulakh, Chandigarh Cooperative Bank Director Gurpreet Singh Badheri, Manjit Rana, Senior Deputy Mayor of Corporation Jasbir Singh Bunty, Councilor Prem Lata, Damanpreet Singh Badal, Damanpreet Singh Badal, Employees leader Gurmel Singh Siddhu, Avtar Singh Manimajra, AAP leader P.P. Ghai, J.D. Ghai etc. were also present. In the camp, refreshments were arranged for the blood donors and they were honored by giving certificates and saplings.
