There are 5720 posts of rural watchmen in this recruitment, for which minimum 10th pass is mandatory. Rural guards will get a salary of Rs 18,200 per month. There are 54 posts of Block Officer, for which graduation is required, and their salary is up to Rs 30,500. There are also 20 posts of District Incharge, for which graduation is required with computer knowledge and the pay scale is up to Rs 39,300.
