Patna: The seats formula has been decided in NDA for the assembly elections in Bihar. Bihar BJP in-charge Vinod Tawde announced seat sharing on his social media account. JDU and BJP will contest on 101-101 seats, Chirag Paswan on 29 seats, Upendra Kushwaha and Jitan Ram Manjhi on 6-6 seats.

According to seat sharing, now Nitish Kumar’s party JDU is no longer in the role of elder brother in Bihar, its seats have now become equal to BJP. Chirag Paswan benefited the most, now there was talk of 25-26 seats but now there is fire in 29 seats. His demand was accepted. Chirag Paswan’s demand regarding Braharpur, Govindpur, Hisua assembly seats has also been accepted. Chirag had fought the 2020 elections separately from NDA, due to which JDU suffered the most loss. RJD had emerged as the largest party. Due to the fear of Chirag’s separation, JDU and BJP had to bow down and increase the number of their seats. However, the seats in the India alliance have not been announced yet.
