Major administrative reshuffle in Uttarakhand, 44 officers transferred!

The Uttarakhand government has made a major reshuffle at the administrative level before Diwali and transferred 44 officers. This includes 23 Indian Administrative Service (IAS), 11 Provincial Civil Service (PCS), three Secretariat Service and one Indian Forest Service (IFS) officer. Changes have been made in many important posts in this transfer list.

According to the transfer list, responsibilities of 23 IAS officers have been changed. The charge of Rural Development and Rural Works Department has been taken back from IAS Dilip Jawalkar.

The post of Director of Fisheries has been removed from BVRC Purushottam, while the responsibility of Secretary Panchayati Raj and Commissioner Food has been taken away from Chandresh Yadav. Ranveer Singh Chauhan has been removed from Director General Agriculture and Horticulture and made Commissioner Food. Dhiraj Garbyal has been given the new responsibility of Secretary, Rural Development and Rural Works Department.

IAS Sonika has been appointed Vice Chairman of Haridwar-Roorkee Development Authority. Lalit Mohan Rayal has been removed from the post of Additional Secretary Personnel and made the District Magistrate of Nainital, along with this he has also been given the additional charge of District Level Development Authority.

The responsibility of Additional Secretary Revenue has been taken back from Vijay Kumar Jogdande. Vandana Singh has been removed from the post of Nainital District Magistrate and given the responsibility of Director General Agriculture and Horticulture and Additional Secretary Planning. Vineet Kumar has been removed from Additional Secretary Forest and made Additional Secretary Labour, while Himanshu Khurana has got the responsibility of Additional Secretary Forest.

The charge of Additional Secretary Medical Education has been removed from Anuradha Pal. Alok Kumar Pandey has been removed from Almora District Magistrate and made Chief Executive Officer PMGSY, Additional Secretary Information Technology and ITDA Director.

Gaurav Kumar has been appointed District Magistrate, Chamoli, while Sandeep Tiwari has been made Director of Social Welfare, Haldwani. The responsibility of Additional Secretary Labour, Social Welfare and Commissioner Disabled has been taken back from Ravneet Cheema and he has been given the charge of Additional Secretary Reorganization Department.

Vinod Giri Goswami has been removed from Pithoragarh District Magistrate and made Additional Secretary Urban Development and Director Urban Development. Ashish Kumar Bhatgai has been removed from Bageshwar District Magistrate and given the responsibility of Pithoragarh District Magistrate.

Prakash Chandra has been made Commissioner for Persons with Disabilities and Akanksha Conde has been made Bageshwar District Magistrate. Anshul has been removed from the post of Vice Chairman of Haridwar-Roorkee Development Authority and appointed as Almora District Magistrate.

Mayawati Dhakriyal of Secretariat Service has been given the responsibility of Additional Secretary Languages ​​and Director Language Institute, Santosh Badoni has been given the responsibility of Director Secretariat Training Institute and Sunil Singh has been given the responsibility of Additional Secretary Revenue and Secretariat Administration.

Among PCS officers, Girdhari Singh Rawat has been made Additional Secretary Personnel and Vigilance, Chandra Singh Dharamshaktu as Director of Fisheries and Lalit Narayan Mishra as Chief Development Officer (CDO), Haridwar.

Ashok Kumar Pandey has been given the responsibility of Secretary of Uttarakhand Public Service Commission, Sundarlal Semwal as Horticulture Director and Chandra Singh Martolia as Divisional Food Controller, Kumaon Division. Jai Bharat Singh has been removed from the post of Additional District Magistrate (ADM) of Dehradun and made CDO Uttarkashi.

In this transfer list, District Magistrates of Nainital, Chamoli, Pithoragarh, Bageshwar and Almora have also been changed, which is expected to bring new momentum in administrative work.
