Winter Health Tips: With the change in weather, now mild cold has started. Along with cold, many health problems also start here. Often the problem of cracked lips and heels is seen most during the winter season. Lips are considered the most delicate layer. These become dry, cracked and sometimes so dry that they even start bleeding. Many methods are adopted to avoid this problem but to no avail. Today we are giving you information about some easy facial exercises included in yoga which keep you away from the problem of chapped lips and double chin.
Here, some exercises included in yoga can be effective in making the lips soft and beautiful during the winter season. Fat under the chin and loose skin of the neck form when the muscles there are not stretched. This is called double chin. If we do stretching and exercise of these areas for a few minutes every day, the facial structure can improve.
1- To get relief from the problem of dry and cracked lips, first of all, sit comfortably on the yoga mat and try to contract your lips and move them upwards towards the nose. This action is as simple as it is effective. This stretches your lips and improves blood flow.
2- Take your lips inwards lightly and expand your mouth, as if you are filling your mouth with something. This process not only exercises the lips but also activates the muscles of the cheeks and chin. Do this 5-10 times daily. Due to this, difference becomes visible in double chin.
3- ‘Fish face’ exercise is also considered very effective. In this, the cheeks have to be pulled inwards, so that the face becomes like a fish. Wait in this position for 10 seconds and then come back to normal position. This exercise helps in keeping the facial skin tight and also strengthens the area around the lips.
4- Apart from this, there is another exercise in which you have to spread the lips by putting both the thumbs in your mouth, this exercises the depth of the face and also gradually reduces the fat under the chin.
