AKTU Counseling 2025: A revised schedule has been released for admission to B.Pharma and D.Pharma courses in over 400 pharmacy colleges of Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University, Uttar Pradesh. The counseling process for B.Pharma and D.Pharma courses at AKTU for the academic session 2025-26 will be conducted in four phases, including a special phase.

The first three phases of counseling will be based on CUET UG merit. The next phase will feature an internal shortlisting option, where candidates who have passed CUET UG and the eligibility test will be allowed to register and participate in counseling.

First Phase Choice Filling
According to AKTU Vice Chancellor Professor JP Pandey, the first phase of online choice filling and seat locking will run from October 15th to 16th. In the first phase, seat confirmation fees must be deposited from October 17th to 20th. The online option to freeze or float must also be submitted from October 17th to 20th.

Second and Third Phase Choice Filling

In the second phase, choice filling will be held from October 21st to 23rd, and seat allotment will be held on the 24th. Candidates will submit their online freeze or float options from October 24th to 26th. Seat confirmation fees and online seat withdrawal will also be held from October 24th to 26th. The Vice Chancellor stated that the third phase of choice filling will be held on the 27th and 28th, and seat allotment will be held on October 29th. The seat confirmation fee must be paid from October 29th to 30th. Online seat withdrawal will be held from October 29th to 30th. In the next phase, candidates will have the option of internal sliding for vacant seats. This opportunity will be available only to those who have physically reported.

Special round for vacant seats
Vice Chancellor Prof. Pandey stated that after the three rounds of B.Pharma and D.Pharma counseling, a single round of special counseling will be held for vacant seats. Choice filling for the special round will be held from November 4th to 6th, and seat allotment will be held on November 7th.
