India's star cricketer Virat Kohli will once again take to the field for the Indian team, participating in the ODI series against Australia, which begins on October 19th.

Former Indian captain Virat Kohli has retired from T20 and Test cricket. Now, Kohli is only active in ODIs for Team India. After the Champions Trophy 2025, Virat Kohli will be seen in action for India again against Australia. The three-match ODI series begins in Australia on October 19th, for which King Kohli has already arrived in Australia. However, before flying to Australia, Virat has accomplished a significant task. He has transferred the General Power of Attorney of his Gurugram property to his elder brother Vikas Kohli.

Virat Kohli gave Vikas Kohli the GPA of the Gurugram property.

On October 14th, Virat Kohli visited the Wazirabad Tehsil office in Gurugram to officially transfer his property's General Power of Attorney (GPA) to his elder brother, Vikas Kohli. Kohli took time off before leaving for Australia to sign several papers at the office. The Tehsil staff also posed for photographs and signed autographs.

Sources say that Kohli and his family recently relocated to England, which is why the decision was made to transfer the rights to the property to his brother. With this legal permission, Vikas Kohli can now manage and oversee the property and related matters on Virat's behalf.

What is General Power of Attorney?

A general power of attorney is a legal document that gives a person the authority to handle legal or financial matters on their behalf. This includes managing assets, signing contracts, or conducting financial transactions.
