Australia captain Mitchell Marsh and bowlers set up a dominant win over India by 7 wickets at Perth. The Aussies looked in great touch against Shubman Gills side. Fans were excited to see the return of Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma in the ODIs. But the star Indian batters couldnt make a big score in the match. India struggled with the bat after being put in to bat first managing only 136 for 9 in their 26 overs as the match was shortened due to multiple rain delays. This set Australia a DLS-adjusted target of 131 which they comfortably chased down in 21.1 overs. Travis Head was dismissed early by Arshdeep Singh hitting the ball straight to Harshit Rana at deep third man. Matthew Short also got out without making much of an impact.
