First step- First of all, soak peanuts, black or white gram as you like or green gram in water at night. In the morning, drain the water from peanuts, gram and green gram and wash them thoroughly with clean water.
Second step- Now finely chop 1 medium sized onion, cut 2-3 cherry tomatoes into four pieces, take 1 green chilli and some green coriander and chop them finely and also prepare some boiled corn. Finely chop seasonal vegetables like carrots and some broccoli and boil lightly.
third Step- Now put all the vegetables in a bowl and mix 1-1 handful of soaked peanuts, gram and green gram in it.
Mix all the ingredients and add salt, some ground black pepper and chaat masala. You can also add soaked almonds, walnuts and raisins in it.
Fourth step- When serving peanut sprouts, squeeze lemon on it and enjoy tasty sprouts. You can also eat them for breakfast with a full stomach. To change the taste of sprouts, you can sometimes add just fruits. In this way you will easily get all the essential nutrients.
