Prince William has made it clear that change will be on his "agenda" when he becomes King, however what this change will be has not yet been confirmed. While The Prince of Wales, 43, has already said before that he wants to be impactful in the future role, he is also believed to want to take tougher stances against non-working royals such as Prince Andrew and Prince Harry.

Although he has not publicly said so, it is believed William feels strongly about Andrew and Harry still having duke titles when they have brought negativity to the Firm. While Andrew, 65, confirmed last week that he will no longer be using his royal titles, Harry still uses his Duke of Sussex title across the pond. This is despite the fact he quit his senior royal role five years ago and has openly criticised the Firm and some of its members since, both in his memoir, in various TV interviews and even on a 2022 Netflix docuseries.

While King Charles has shown no ambition to remove his youngest son's title, it is rumoured that this is something William could do when he takes the throne, even if it requires an act of parliament to officially remove the dukedom and 'prince' title.

However, while many experts believe this will be the case, one royal commentator now thinks William won't strip his brother of his royal title for one reason, despite the fact they are estranged and not currently on talking terms.

Speaking to US weekly, expert Christopher Andersen said: "I can't quite wrap my head around the idea of William taking such action against his own brother, no matter how upset he is with Harry."

He also said that William would find the situation "tricky".

It is believed William and his brother, 41, have not been on talking terms for some time as a result of Harry's public criticism of the monarchy.

While Harry has been making amends with King Charles, which included a private meeting between father and son just last month, the same cannot be said for his relationship with William.

It is believed William showed no signs of wanting to see his brother on Harry's UK visit in September.
