Sushant Singh Rajput’s family has decided to challenge the CBI closure report in the court, calling it ‘superficial and incomplete’. Sushant Singh Rajput’s family lawyer says that CBI has not attached ‘supporting documents’ with the charge sheet. The lawyer says that the investigating agency has also ignored many important evidences.

The CBI report said that Sushant had committed suicide and no concrete evidence was found against Rhea Chakraborty or any other accused. The report also said that Rhea had not made any mistake in Sushant’s money or belongings and Sushant himself called her ‘family’. But Sushant’s family lawyer Varun Singh says that the CBI report is incomplete. He said, ‘If CBI wanted to show the truth, it should also submit chats, statements of witnesses, bank records and medical reports in the court. This investigation is just for show. We will file a protest petition against this in the court.
