Tata Motors performed brilliantly in the festive season following the GST cut on automobiles. The company said that it has delivered more than 1 lakh cars in just 30 days from Navratri to Diwali. Maruti Suzuki’s Diwali sale made a record

Maruti Suzuki India said sales in the passenger vehicle segment, which includes cars and SUVs, is set to reach a record ₹6.05 lakh crore in Diwali 2025 driven by cut in GST rates and rising demand for ‘Make in India’ products. This boom in business during the festive season has created about 50 lakh temporary employment opportunities in the logistics, transportation, packaging and delivery sectors, which has also strengthened the Indian economy.
