Shameful order of Madrasa: Virginity certificate asked from 13 year old student, Minority Commission strict

A madrassa in Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh has created a stir by demanding virginity certificate from a 13-year-old class 7 student. This incident has sent a wave of anger across the country. Maharashtra State Minority Commission Chairman Pyare Khan has announced immediate action on this matter and has taken it seriously.

Strict stance of Minority Commission

While talking to news agency ANI, Pyare Khan said, “I have seen this case of Uttar Pradesh. It is very shameful and serious. I am writing a letter to all the district collectors of Maharashtra, demanding the formation of a special team to investigate minority schools and madrassas. People from the Child Welfare Department should be included in this investigation. Through counseling with the children, it should be found out whether such incidents are happening anywhere else.”

He clearly warned that if any person or institution is found involved in such activities, strictest action will be taken against him. The culprits will be sent to jail. This matter has raised questions on the functioning of educational institutions.

Moradabad police started investigation

Moradabad Police has taken immediate action in this matter. As soon as the complaint was received, an FIR was registered against the madrasa. According to the police, this student studying in class 8 was not coming to school for a long time. The student’s father, who is originally from Chandigarh, had approached this boarding school in Moradabad for re-admission of his daughter. But the school administration not only refused to give admission but also demanded virginity certificate. This demand surprised everyone.

Public anger, uproar on social media

Police officer Rajesh Kumar said, “We have registered an FIR against the school and a thorough investigation is underway. Legal sections will be added based on the outcome of the investigation.” The institute functions as both a Madrasa and Inter College and is affiliated with the Uttar Pradesh Board of Secondary Education and the Department of Basic Education. There is huge anger among the public after this incident. People on social media are demanding strict action against this madrassa. Many users said in the comments that such institutions should be closed immediately.
