The love story which is hitting all the right spots is inching towards the Rs 50 crore mark despite being released around the same time as Ayushmann Khurrana and Rashmika Mandanna’s Thamma. Ek Deewane Ki Deewaniyat Box Office Collection As per Sacnilk following a decent opening weekend Harshvardhan’s film earned Rs 3.5 crore on Monday and Rs 4.25 crore on Tuesday (day 8) bringing its total domestic collection to Rs 49.25 crore. With this the film is now on the verge of crossing the Rs 50 crore mark at the box office. Though the movie is trailing behind Ayushmann and Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s horror-comedy fans still have a special spot for the film in their hearts. Coming to Thamma the movie has so far collected Rs 95.6 crore. On the other hand Ek Deewane Ki Deewaniyat made on a modest budget of Rs 25 crore has managed to recover its production cost within just eight days. The film has also surpassed the lifetime earnings of Sanam Teri Kasam (Rs 42.28 crore).
