Along with this, the culture of Union Territories like Lakshadweep, Andaman-Nicobar, Puducherry and Chandigarh will also be displayed. In this festival, a confluence of traditional arts, dance performances and folk music of these states will be seen.
The main attraction of the festival will be a series of grand food stalls, in which traditional dishes of every state can be tasted. Visitors will be able to enjoy delicious dishes like Maize Roti-Sarson Ka Saag from Punjab, Appam-Stew from Kerala, Poha-Jalebi from Madhya Pradesh and Dosa and Idli-Sambhar from South India. These food stalls will present a living example of the diverse culinary traditions of India.

Delhi government has announced that entry into this program will be free. This means that no ticket will be charged and common citizens will be able to participate easily.
