Erika Kirk' intimate hug with JD Vance at the Turning Point USA campus event has kicked a storm on social media. Charlie Kirk's widow Erika Kirk has now broken her silence amid several controversies surrounding her after her emotional hug with US Vice President sparked a lot of chatter on social media. Erika Kirk, who has taken the place of Charlie as Turning Point CEO following his assassination on September 10, said there were many similarities between her late husband and JD Vance.
"No one will ever replace my husband," she told the crowd. "But I do see some similarities of my husband in JD— in Vice President JD Vance. I do. And that's why I am so blessed to be able to introduce him tonight."
As Vance took the stage, he and Erika embraced in an intimate manner. The vice president rested his hands on Erika's waist, and she seemed to thread her fingers through his hair, leaving it slightly mussed.

This is something that could impact a generation and generations to come.”
Erika Kirk broke down in tears during the interview as she was shown a video of Charlie, as per a TOI report. "Sorry guys, just give me a second," she said tearfully. "This is the longest video I’ve watched of him. Just give me a second." Watters said.
