The Revenue Court Computerized Management System (RCCMS) report for October shows that Jaunpur once again topped in district-level court performance, while Lucknow recorded the most revenue cases settled in the state. For the previous 13 months, Jaunpur has notably maintained its position as one of the best-performing districts in district-level court settlements.

Chief Minister Adityanath has ordered that tax issues be settled as soon as possible, placing a strong focus on increased accountability and transparency in government as well as prompt justice for residents. District judges and officials around the state have stepped up their efforts to guarantee the prompt resolution of cases in response to his directives.

The RCCMS report released here on Tuesday states that 324,897 tax cases were settled in Uttar Pradesh in October.

With 15,260 cases resolved, the capital had the greatest disposal rate, according to Lucknow District Magistrate Visak G. Iyer. With 10,501 instances, Prayagraj came in second, followed by Shahjahanpur (7,707), Gorakhpur (8,165), and Kanpur Nagar (7,866).

According to Jaunpur District Magistrate Dr. Dinesh Chandra Singh, case resolution is being done in perfect accordance with the Chief Minister’s orders. According to the Board of Revenue’s October RCCMS report, five revenue courts in Jaunpur resolved 480 cases, or 192% of the total, exceeding the Board’s monthly disposal benchmark of 250 cases. As a result, Jaunpur now leads the state in district-level tax case resolution.

Comparatively, Basti came in third place with 310 instances (beyond the 300 criteria) while Lakhimpur Kheri came in second with 334 cases (over the 300 standard). Jaunpur led the state in the District Magistrate Courts as well, disposing of 71 cases against the requirement of 30 and attaining 236.67% of the stipulated benchmark. Mau came in third with 51 instances, while Bhadohi took second with 63 cases.

Jaunpur also dominated the state in the Additional District Magistrate (Land Revenue) category, clearing 184 cases out of a benchmark of 50. Mirzapur came in third place with 24 instances, followed by Ghazipur in second place with 36.

All things considered, the Yogi government’s constant oversight, unambiguous instructions, and accountability-based strategy have produced a record rate of revenue case settlements, demonstrating both administrative effectiveness and dedication to prompt justice.
