Moradabad :- A dispute to love affair took a bloody form on Wednesday night in Pritam Nagar, Ekta Colony of Majhola police station area of Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh. Neighbor Aman and his brother-in-law Raja shot dead 23-year-old firm worker Napal. After committing the crime, both the accused fled from the spot brandishing their pistols. After the incident, sensation spread in the entire area. Police and forensic team reached the spot in the night itself and started investigation. The family members of the deceased had filed a case against four people. Just 4 hours after the incident, the police arrested Aman during an encounter with the accused involved in the Nakpal murder case.
Last Wednesday night at 9 pm, Panpal, a resident of Pitam Nagar in Majhola police station area, had gone from his house to Aman and his brother-in-law Raja to complain. Because on Tuesday, when Nakpal’s family had gone to Tigri to take a bath in the Ganga, Aman and Raja had beaten Nakpal’s maternal uncle Pappu. On getting information about the incident, Napal asked the reason from both of them, due to which the dispute escalated. Meanwhile, Raja took out his pistol, pointed it at Panpal’s chest and shot him. As soon as the bullet hit, Panpal fell on the ground bleeding. The injured was taken to the district hospital, where doctors declared him dead. The father of the deceased filed a case against 4 people including Raja, Aman. Several teams were formed to arrest the accused. Police received information from the informer that the accused in the Panpal murder case is on the move in Khadana Chowki area. The police tried to stop two people going on a bike. At the same time, bike riding miscreants opened fire. In retaliatory firing, a miscreant was injured by a bullet. While the other criminal managed to escape by taking advantage of the darkness. Regarding this entire matter, SP City Kumar Ranvijay Singh said that information was received from the informer that there is movement of suspicious people in the area. When the police stopped them, there was firing from the miscreants. A criminal named Aman has been injured in retaliatory firing. A pistol, cartridges and a bike have been recovered at the behest of the miscreant. The second criminal escaped taking advantage of the darkness. Teams are raiding for his arrest. The absconding accused will be arrested soon. Nakpal was murdered because Aman had a love affair with Nakpal’s sister. Napal was becoming a hindrance between these two.
