Gynecologist Dr. Chanchal Sharma Told that repeated miscarriages are not the end of your happiness. The most important thing is that you do not panic, understand the reason, get tested and choose the right treatment. In many cases, this problem can be overcome by balancing the hormones, removing toxic elements from the body and strengthening the uterus.
Dr. Chanchal Sharma She says that it is important to get blood and hormone tests done, because sometimes unbalanced insulin levels, low progesterone or thyroid problems can also cause miscarriage.
If there is a problem of thyroid or diabetes, then keep it under control, because impaired sugar level or thyroid hormone has a direct impact on pregnancy.
Get ultrasound done from time to time, so that infection, fibroids, polyps or any kind of internal problem in the uterus can be detected.
