After the first phase of voting in Bihar Assembly elections, the political turmoil has now focused on the second phase. Meanwhile, during the election campaign in Purnia of Seemanchal, Union Home Minister and senior BJP leader Amit Shah has given a big statement. He said that the victory of the National Democratic Alliance in Bihar is certain and this election has become completely one-sided.
Amit Shah expressed confidence that NDA will win more than 160 seats. He said that I have no doubt that NDA will form the government with more than two-thirds majority. We will cross the 160 mark. Seemanchal region includes important districts like Kishanganj, Araria, Katihar and Purnia, where Shah interacted directly with the public during the huge road show.
Amit Shah said that every section including women, youth, farmers and laborers is voting in support of NDA. According to him, more than 60% voting shows that the public is voting in favor of development and NDA’s return to power is certain. At the same time, taking aim at the promises of unemployment and government jobs by the opposition party RJD, Shah said that what is the meaning of the promises of one whose government is not going to be formed? The public does not trust him. Regarding the voting held in Purnia, he expressed confidence that NDA will perform brilliantly in this area.
Home Minister Amit Shah further said that there has been extensive development in Bihar under the leadership of Modi and Nitish Kumar. He said that 85 lakh farmers were given assistance of ₹ 6,000, three and a half crore poor people got free medical treatment, toilets were built in more than three crore houses and clean drinking water was provided to about four crore families. According to Shah, the entire extremely backward class stands firmly with the NDA.
Amit Shah said that the NDA government will take strict action against infiltrators in the state. At the same time, he termed the allegations of Congress leader Rahul Gandhi as false and said that all his claims have been proved false on the test of facts.
Rejecting reports of differences in the alliance, Amit Shah said that the NDA is completely united and there will be no dispute over Nitish Kumar’s leadership even after the election results. He said that no matter how hard anyone tries, NDA will remain united and the journey of development in Bihar will move forward.
