Another output for goals could be Arsenal midfielder Mikel Merino, especially considering that its signing, Viktor Gyokeres, is out injured. The Gunners travel to face Sunderland, which has 18 points to show from its opening 10 games.
In defence, Arsenal defender Gabriel Magalhaes is the top pick, while Chelsea’s Reece James and Newcastle United’s Dan Burn can also chip in with attacking contributions.
FPL managers will have to take a gamble on the Tottenham Hotspur vs Manchester United fixture, considering both teams’ inconsistent nature. From that game, United’s Bryan Mbuemo seems like a safe pick, considering he has recorded either a goal or an assist in each of his last three games in the league.
