Ajit Kumar Mishra MPPSC Topper 2023 Success Story: Ajit Kumar Mishra has secured rank 1 in the entire state in the State Service Examination 2023 final result released by Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission (MPPSC). Ajit will now be appointed to the post of Deputy Collector. This examination was conducted to fill a total of 229 posts in various departments of the state. Ajit Kumar Mishra's journey has been very inspiring. He is a resident of Panna district of Madhya Pradesh. His father is a farmer and mother is a housewife. Ajit was currently working on the post of Naib Tehsildar in Maihar. He was posted here only about 3-4 months ago, where he was performing his responsibilities in the Collector's office. Recently he went to Gwalior for a month's training and during this time his name came in the topper list. His achievement is a matter of pride not only for his family but for the entire Panna district.
Ajit Mishra was selected for the post of Naib Tehsildar for the first time in 2022. In 2024, he was selected for the post of Assistant Director (Finance) and now in 2025, he has become MPPSC topper and has reached the post of Deputy Collector. His journey shows that any goal can be achieved with continuous hard work and confidence.
Ajit Mishra got 821 marks in main examination and 145 marks in interview. In this way he secured 966 marks out of total 1575. Ajit appeared for the exam from EWS category and scored 821/1400 marks in the written exam and 145/175 marks in the interview. This was the highest score in the entire state.
While narrating his success story, Ajit Kumar Mishra said that he had to face many difficulties during his studies. In an interview to ANI, he said, the biggest challenge before me was financial crunch. Many times it happened that there was no money for studies, but I did not give up. Due to good marks in 12th, I kept getting Inspired Scholarship. It was through these scholarships that I met the expenses of my studies and coaching. Gradually my hard work bore fruit and finally I was selected for the post of Deputy Collector.

MPPSC Topper 2023 Ajit Mishra advised the youth preparing for competitive exams that if they really want to achieve success, then pay full attention to studies and make a habit of studying for at least 8 to 10 hours daily. He also said that social media and mobile phones are the biggest distractions in studies, hence use them only when necessary. He himself followed these tips and today its result is in front of everyone.
The main examination of MPPSC State Service Examination 2023 was held between 11 to 16 March 2024. The main result was released on 30 December 2024, while the interviews were conducted from 7 July to 7 August 2025. The final result is available on the official website of the Commission, mppsc.mp.gov.in.
