Bollywood's legendary actor Dharmendra has passed away. The actor, known as the He-Man, breathed his last at the age of 89. Dharmendra had been admitted to Breach Candy Hospital in Mumbai for several days and passed away during treatment there. The veteran actor's death has sent shockwaves through Bollywood. The news of Dharmendra's passing was announced by Bobby Deol's PR team.

Dharmendra had gone to the hospital for a routine checkup on October 31, 2025. He was experiencing difficulty breathing, after which the actor was admitted. Dharmendra had been in the ICU for several days, after which, on November 10, reports emerged that his health was critical. Hema Malini, Sunny Deol, Esha Deol, and his grandsons Karan Deol and Rajveer Deol visited him at the hospital.

Dharmendra's condition worsened on November 10. Several actors visited him, including Salman Khan, Shah Rukh Khan, Govinda, and Ameesha Patel.

Singer Udit Narayan said in a conversation with ABP News, "I can't believe that Dharamji is gone. Dharam Paaji was the most handsome hero. Seeing him, one felt, 'What a hero!' Such a hero in our country. It was a matter of pride to see him. He will always remain immortal. May his soul rest in peace. Dharmendra Paaji was very friendly. He loved everyone. Dharmendra's full name is Dharmendra Kewal Krishan Deol. He was born on December 8, 1935, in Nasrani village, Punjab. He began his acting career with the 1960 film "Dil Bhi Tera Hum Bhi Tere." He then appeared in a supporting role in the 1961 film "Boy Friend."
