Jind. Gitanjali Kansal, president of Women Era Foundation and social worker, said that happiness is the most important need of life. When girl students keep themselves updated with new things, not only will their confidence increase, but they will also be able to take better decisions to their life and career. This is possible only when we are internally happy and full of confidence. The ability to make the right decisions comes not only from experience, but from continuous learning and developing skills.

Gitanjali Kansal addressed as the chief guest at the Happiness Skills Seminar organized at Mata Channan Devi Arya Kanya Gurukul Pillukheda on Friday. The program was presided over by Gurukul Committee Deputy Head Master Azad Singh Kundu. Principal Jyoti welcomed the chief guests and inspired the students to move forward with confidence. Kansal also asked questions and answers to the girl students and understood their views. He said that girl students can adopt many ways to remain happy in their life.

Balanced diet and positivity

Such as spending time with friends and family, participating in activities you enjoy, getting regular exercise, and getting enough sleep. It is also important to express your feelings. Staying positive and rewarding yourself for your achievements provides self satisfaction. Kansal said that girl students should always remain positive.

Avoid junk food and eat a balanced diet. Whenever you achieve a goal, give yourself a small reward. If something bothers you, talk to a friend or trusted person. Helping others makes you feel good. Writing your feelings and thoughts in a diary can also bring happiness. Manage studies and school.

practical skills in teaching

Principal Jyoti told the teachers that their expression is evident from the behavior of the students. Teachers should teach students with group activities and practical skills. To make the class pleasant, it can be made interesting through storytelling and asking questions. At the end of the program all the chief guests were honored.
