Video footage shared on social media shows Ms. Henry in a vibrant orange gown walking gracefully on the runway. Suddenly, she lost her balance and tumbled off the stage, appearing to hit the floor face-first. The audience reacted immediately, with several spectators rushing to assist her. Event staff quickly carried her away on a stretcher.

Ms. Henry was taken to Paolo Rangsit Hospital for medical attention. Doctors confirmed she is in stable condition, and fortunately, no serious injuries or broken bones were reported. The Miss Universe Jamaica Organization updated fans, saying medical tests were ongoing to ensure her full recovery. They urged supporters to keep her in their thoughts and prayers.

It is not yet clear whether Ms. Henry will be able to participate in the 47th annual Miss Universe pageant, scheduled for Friday, November 21, 2025.

This year’s pageant has already faced several controversies. Earlier, the pageant director made inappropriate remarks about a contestant, which led to public backlash and a formal apology. In addition, two judges resigned just days before the final, claiming that a secret committee had already selected the finalists without consulting the official panel.
