What ingredients are required to make Besan Puri?

Wheat flour – 1 cup)

Red chilli powder – 1/2 teaspoon

Gram flour – 1/2 cup

Turmeric – 1/2 teaspoon

Green chilli – 1 (finely chopped)

Celery – 1/2 teaspoon

Oil – as required

Salt – to taste

Water – as needed

How is Besan Puri made?

Step 1- First, take wheat flour and gram flour in a large bowl. Then, add turmeric, red chilli, carom seeds, green chillies, and salt and mix.

Step 2 – Now add one spoon of oil in it and mix it well with your hands, then add water little by little and knead a stiff dough and keep it covered for 10 minutes.

Step 3 – Now make small balls from this dough, then apply a little oil on the balls and roll them into round puris.

Step 4 – Then heat oil in a pan, add the rolled puris in it, fry them on low flame and take them out.

Step 5- Then serve this hot fried puri with potato curry.
