What ingredients are required to make Pahadi Aloo Ke Gutke?
Boiled potatoes – 4-5 (medium-sized or chopped)
Jakhiya – 1 tsp
Mustard oil – 2 tsp
Rice – 1/2 tsp
Turmeric – 1/2 tsp
Dried red chillies – 2
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
Green coriander – a little
Salt – to taste
How is Pahadi Aloo Gutka made?
Step 1- First of all, heat mustard oil in a pan until its raw smell disappears.
Step 2- Add mustard seeds and let them crackle. Then add dried red chillies and roast them.
Step 3- After that, add turmeric, coriander powder and red chilli and fry.
Step 4 – Now add boiled potato pieces and mix them well with the spices.
Step 5 – Now fry it on a low flame for 5-7 minutes so that the potatoes get mixed well with the spices.
Step 6 – Then at last add salt to it, and then add green coriander and turn off the gas.
Step 7- You can serve this vegetable with roti, paratha or celery puri.
