100 grams green chillies (medium-spicy)
150 grams of sugar
1/2 cup water
1 teaspoon lemon juice

How to make Green Chilli Marmalade
Wash and dry the green chillies. Then, cut them in half and scoop out all the seeds. Add water and sugar to a pan and bring to a boil. Simmer on medium heat for 57 minutes, until the sugar dissolves completely and becomes a slightly thick syrup. Add the peppers to the syrup and simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent the peppers from breaking up. Finally, add lemon juice and a pinch of salt. How to store marmalade
