All-purpose flour – 1 cup
Butter – 1 cup
Sugar – 1/2 cup
Eggs – 2
Baking soda – 1/2 teaspoon
Baking powder – 1 teaspoon
Vanilla essence – 1 teaspoon
Rum – 1/2 cup
Mixed dry fruits – 1 cup
Brown sugar – 1/4 cup
Cinnamon powder – 1 teaspoon
Nutmeg powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Step 1- First, beat the butter and sugar in a bowl. Then, add the eggs one at a time.
Step 2 – Now add vanilla essence to it.
Step 3 – Then you add flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon and nutmeg in a separate bowl and mix.
Step 4 – After that, add all the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and mix lightly.
Step 5- Then add all the soaked ingredients into it and mix well.
Step 6 – Now pour it into the cake tin and bake it at 160 degrees C for 40-45 minutes.
