Bollywood actress Celina Jaitly former Miss India and star of films like Apna Sapna Money Money No Entry and Janasheen has filed a domestic‑violence complaint against her Austrian husband Peter Haag. The case was heard on 25 November 2025 in an Andheri magistrates court which issued a notice to Haag and set the next hearing for 12 December 2025. Celina alleges severe emotional physical sexual and verbal abuse saying the cruelty forced her to flee her home in Austria and return to India leaving their three children behind.
Who is Peter Haag?
Peter Haag is an Austrian national often described as a hotelier and businessman. He and Celina tied the knot in a private ceremony in Mumbai in September 2010. The couple has three children—twins Viraaj and Winston (born 2012) and son Arthur (born 2017). Reports describe him as a “narcissistic self‑absorbed” person with a short temper and alleged alcoholic tendencies which Celina says created a hostile environment throughout their marriage.

The charges include domestic violence cruelty and manipulation under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act 2005. Celina Jaitly has sought Rs 50 crore compensation for loss of earnings Rs 10 lakh per month maintenance a restraining order to keep Peter Haag away from her Mumbai residence and unrestricted virtual and telephonic access to their three children.
