Exercising is very beneficial for health. In today’s time, everyone, both children and old, is doing exercise or physical activity, which is also right. But do you know that there is a fixed time for exercise for people of every age?
Actually, there is a lot of difference between exercise and heavy exercise. Some people become so serious about their fitness that they start doing heavy exercises, due to which their health starts getting adversely affected. Taking this issue seriously, the World Health Organization (WHO) has shared a guideline.
How dangerous is heavy exercise?
A few days ago, news came that Bollywood actor Govinda was doing heavy exercises to keep himself more fit, due to which he had to be admitted to the hospital. There are different exercise limits for people of every age. WHO itself has disclosed this and has told how much exercise people of which age should do.

For adults and older people, WHO said that they should do at least 150 to 300 minutes of moderate or 75 to 150 minutes of intense aerobic exercise a week. Also, to strengthen the muscles, weight training should be done twice a week.
People above 65 years of age should pay attention
