Patna: An important development to the IRCTC Hotel Corruption Case in Delhi’s Rouse Avenue Court has intensified the stir in the politics of Bihar. The court has issued a notice to the investigating agency (CBI) in the IRCTC hotel corruption case. Delhi’s Rouse Avenue Court has issued this notice on the transfer application of former Bihar Chief Minister Rabri Devi in the IRCTC Hotel Corruption Case. This case is to alleged irregularities in giving the contract of operation of two hotels of IRCTC to a private company. On Monday, Rabri Devi had filed a petition seeking transfer of the CBI and Enforcement Directorate (ED) cases registered against her to another court.
As soon as the new government was formed in Bihar, Rabri Devi’s 20-year-old house was snatched away, Tej Pratap’s house was given to a BJP quota minister.
Next hearing will be held on December 6
Delhi’s Rouse Avenue court has issued notice to CBI on the transfer application of former Bihar Chief Minister Rabri Devi in the IRCTC hotel scam case and Land for Job case. The court has directed CBI to file a reply to the application. The court will now hold the next hearing of this sensitive case on December 6, in which it can be decided whether the case will be transferred to a new judge or not.

The case is in the stage of prosecution evidence.
Rabri Devi is facing trial in both the cases along with her husband Lalu Prasad Yadav, son Tejashwi Yadav and others. Rabri Devi is demanding transfer of the case to another judge. The case is currently in the most crucial stage, Prosecution Evidence, where the CBI’s claims and the evidence presented are being examined. In such a situation, the transfer petition has made the future direction of the case more interesting. The senior lawyer said that he will file a separate application for transfer of the ED case.
