Priyanka Chopra has been spending her time in India working on her upcoming magnum opus 'Varanasi' directed by SS Rajamouli , starring Mahesh Babu . Recently, the global icon dropped a selfie sharing that she has returned to Los Angeles to reunite with her family.

Priyanka's role in 'Varanasi'In 'Varanasi', she will be seen opposite Mahesh Babu as the female lead and will share screen with Prithviraj Sukumaran, who will be the main antagonist. She will be playing the role of Mandakini, who looks to be a woman with fighting skills. Her poster shows her standing on a rock where she is seen wielding a gun in a yellow saree. With the film, she is marking her long-awaited return to the Indian cinema. The film's teaser was unveiled to great excitement at a massive event in Hyderabad, where Priyanka Chopra donned a mesmerizing desi look in an all white outfit.

Additionally, speaking of her work in India. The actress is set to reprise her role from the 'Krrish' franchise, as she will be back sharing space with Hrithik Roshan for the fourth instalment.
